Set up my current phone on bluetooth last year, and no problem until yesterday. Yesterday afternoon noticed phone wasn't connecting via bluetooth. Looking at the bluetooth settings, bluetooth power is off, greyed out, and won't switch on via the touch screen. Software updated to 850 by dealer in August, so unit is up to date.

Unusual, you have the latest software so a software update is not an option, try disconnecting the Battery for 5 minutes and see if bluetooth returns after a re-boot otherwise off to the dealer it is.
