Hi,

If its just some of the buttons /functions that are faulty, it must be within the head unit itself.

If you or someone is handy, you could take it out, strip it down and clean/inspect the faulty switches, however if its anything more or needing parts its going to be a long and possibly expensive job and probably cheaper to either fit a new head unit or get a second hand one,

If you search this forum, lots of posts about putting in a new after market single or double Din head units or you could check out the Toyota Buy /Sell forum or eBay for the used original units that folk removed when they upgraded their head units.

Hi, weird thing happened...

After a month, radio was disconnected from car, i ordered wrong adapter cables for new aftermarket radio so i deicided to put back original radio back till new adapter cables arrive. So, I connected original radio to car, and everything works fine, all buttons are working now. I didn't serviced radio or dissaseble it.

Possibly being totally disconnected allowed it to do a  true "cold" start, which reset its switch logic circuitry /software ?

So are you going to fit the new radio ?  Could always sell your old Toyota radio in the forums For Sale section etc.
