I Have a 2002 6 speed  manual  corrolla the car vigorously vibrates and the fuel doesn't last a day in the car I drive at speed limits  but have noticed that  the cars revs are above 2,000rpm  in all the gears except  5th and 6th gear

Any ideas as to what the problem could be
