Rear speakers 2017 estate

After many years of owning a 2008 D4d TR hatchback I have bought a 2017 business edition estate, 20 diesel. The rear Speakers seem really weak compared to the front ones, is this normal.

Thanks

Carl

Have you tried setting the front to rear fader in the audio settings menu?  Possibly the previous owner set it up to have it louder in front.

Thanks for the reply, done that but have found that the rear Speakers are really weedy compared to the front ones.

I know what you mean. Basically the sound is made to come from the front, no matter where you sit. This means the rears won't change the sound stage as much.

Through the Avensis Owners Facebook page, a link to this - https://www.detailingworld.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?p=5496934

Years back when I have my Mk1, I changed all four Speakers, and the sound improvement was great.
