I have recently purchased a 2004 Toyota Estima Aeras G edition.

The Battery will go flat over weekend if not used ( drawing about 2 amps). I am blaming the security system, has anyone had similar problems. ( ps it is not the alternator drawing the current)

In nearly 4 years I have never experienced that...maybe time to seek and auto-electrician..?
