Seat belt sensor

Hi! 

I've recently bought a 66 plate Aygo X-Play.  I'm delighted with it so far but today I noticed a ridge under the fabric of the passenger seat. It feels like something plastic, possibly part of the seatbelt sensor. Do you think this would be something covered under the warranty? My worry is that it will damage the fabric if the seat as it feels like it could work its way through

Yes bought it from my local Toyota dealer

Raise a query with them and let them look at it. The remainder of the new car warranty will cover manufacturing faults. If it is some other fault, you will be covered under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 - see 'the first six months' section of:
