Hi , I recently bought a prius 2013 model standard package from japan and imported to UK but it is missing cruise control switch . I bought a after market complete switch with wires and harneses but I dont know if my car need programming after installation or it is just plug and play . If someone had this experience or have a knowledge about this please help .

I thought the stalk just literally plugs in, i.e. no harness or wiring required? Or do you mean aftermarket as in a third-party accessory? The OEM stalk is plug and play, not anything else.
