I'd go back and double/triple check your timing marks are good.....did you try to start the engine using the starter motor after the belt change.?

Hi mate

I rotated the engine with the pulley first all was correct then I reassembled and tried to start but no success, I have sine pulled of the inspection covers and the harmonic balancer and rechecked it all again all of the marks line up

also the timing mark is at 10 degrees when the no.1 cylinder is at tdc

what engine and year ? did you lock the pulleys ? all the electrical connectors in place ? any eml light/codes ?

The crank pull should line up with the 0 (assuming it has the 4 marks)
