Windscreen washers

Hi first time poster here.I am having an issue with my wipers. When pressing the wiper arm I hear the pump and a small amount of water approximately 3 inches in length trickles out.I have replaced the nozzle unit which is on the wiper arm.I have blown through the piping which appears clear as the bottle\filler is bubbling with water even spilling out of the filler top when open.Where exactly is the fusebox for the washers?

Would be very grateful for any advice as to how to progress this as MOT is looming. Many thanks.

Could a one way valve in the piping be giving trouble.

Could be ,is it likely to be the pump itself, thanks.

I'd try the one way valve first as that is cheap to replace.

Disconnect the hose then squirt them it should squirt a good few meters, a gunged up pump will reduce flow

i would flush the system through with warm/hot water
