Yesterday whilst changing the spark plugs, one of the connector locking tabs broke off.   Broken locking tab.      Plugs minus locking tab. This was coil number 3. All the others released with no issue. I changed the plugs which all burnt evenly.  After changing everything, I got some super glue and fixed the locking tab back. Then I got a suitable size cable tie to hold everything securely.    Glue and cable tie repair. I will order a new plug to replace the broken one.
