Prius steering

Hi I had to take my Prius to the insurance company after someone hit the car for repair. i picked it up a couple of days ago and the steering is so much more heavier than before. i bought this car because the steering was light and the 2 Priuses I test drive before buying this one were steering how mine is now steering which is very heavy. have they done something to my car?? this wasn’t happening before I took it in not once. It used to steer perfect and light. If anyone can help I’d be thankful
