Fitting Ecu Chip From 190bhp Model?

Hi,

I have a Celica VVTi (1999) 140bhp, and have a "contact" that can install an ECU chip as fitted to the 190bhp for a cost.

I want to know exactly what performance gains I will get, as obviously the car is a standard 140bhp, no mods at all. What does the 190bhp model have internally besides the different chip? Will there be any ill effects to fitting this chip?

:!Removed!: The 190 has a different head so i would imagine it wouldnt make any difference, you be better off de-cating it and a induction kit. the head is the difference between the 2 not the ecu. in fact it probs wouldnt even run with a 190 ecu. as the engine setups are different.

So the better benefit "cheap" tuning options are...? (for the 140)
