Hi Everyone

I'm a proud owner of a new 2019 (68 plate) CH-R Excel Hybrid. Since I purchased the car there was an item in the boot, and to recently I was curious to see what it is and where it came from in the car. I haven't been able to figure it out. Does anyone know what this is?

Looks like the trim from under the glovebox 

Is there a part number on it
