When I was driving today the engine suddenly started to hesitate, it did not stop, but it was a lack of power in the engine. After a few seconds the engine was normal again. After a while the same thing happened. Ten minutes later my car stopped. I could easily start it again, but the same thing happened again after a few minutes. What can be the problem here? The engine is a 7A-fe.

Could be problem with fuel delivery, engine being starved for fuel due to some clog in filters, or fuel lines.

It does sound fuel related, but I would of thought a fuel pump would just stop working. Maybe worth looking at the fuel filter ?
