Traffic Alerts won't turn off...

Hi all, I hope this hasn't been covered elsewhere, but I'm having a bit of a niggle with trying to not have traffic alerts blaring out. It's through a 'touch 2 with go' system, and I have the alerts set to 'off' in the setup menu. However, when I have bluetooth media selected, the system will still pick up traffic alerts from radio stations and play them. It only seems to interrupt bluetooth - if I'm listening to the radio, the interruptions don't come in. Any thoughts would be welcome! I've had a bit of a click around to see if there's any software/firmware update, but got a bit lost trying to work it out.
