The numbers have disappeared from my prius touch and go sat nav. It means I cannot search via postcode. I cannot find anything in the settings to re-highlight the numbers row. Any suggestions would be appreciated

Does it show the letters, if so below the on screen keyboard there is a button to the change the keyboard

Is your country selected correctly. Sometimes this changes after firmware upgrade
