Turbo problem

Hi. just changed turbo. and after this i get Engine Light warning. and it is Code: P02345. to high pressure on Turbo. just in higher speed. never in low speed.  so first thing that get to my head is that i have to adjust the wastegate. 

im gonna vacuum test and see when the wastegate arm  start to move. 

What is the right PSI when the arm should start to move?

sounds like wastegate alright id start from there
