trying to find or located some one that is selling a TTE front bumper for a E11 type corolla and the sticker kit to replicate the Wrc look on the headlight trim panel below the lights.

There's plenty of boys on Facebook breaking Corolla's with these bumpers on them. Check the Facebook Marketplace or Corolla.ie group on Facebook for breakers.
