Hi all. I need to change a faulty rav 4 d4d 2006 injector. Do new injectors have to be programmed on this model. If I remove injector and get it rebuilt does it have to be programmed.your help much appreciated

some dont require done but if it does it will run fine short term, coding just tells ecu the exact fuel trims and spray pattern to get a more refined injection stroke to meet its current euro4 or whatever requirements and in extreme cases to stop washing the bore with fuel. 

its a piece of pish to do with the Delphi software and interface that is usually found on eBay
