Power loss no clutch

I noticed what felt like either turbo lag or a slipping clutch on my 94 Colorado.a week later whilst towing I suffered power loss from .60 to 50 to 40 then 30 n finally crawling to t halt.i had to change down the gears to keep it going n upon stopping there was a soft clutch pedal and no selection or drive .could this be just the clutch plate .full clutch or worse.engine still running n sounding the same as before
