Hello

I have Toyota Avensis D4D 2007. It takes too long to crank before it starts. For the first couple of seconds the rpm is 600-800 and then for a 5-6 seconds is 200-300 rpm. When it finally starts there massive white cloud of smoke which quickly disappear. The car runs great.

Any idea where the problem is?

Thank you

Measure the voltage on the Battery during starting, during starting you should not drop voltage below 9.6 volts, if it drops lower,

than your Battery has had its best time

, and it is best to replace them
