Injector removal 2006 rav4 t180

I have blowby on one injector and need to replace the seal. Due to the virus outbreak my garage cancelled the job so I’m looking to do it myself. it seems simple apart from the removal of all four return pipes/ valves ??? Which are linked together. Can anybody help, it would certainly kill the boredom during isolation.🤓
