Dyna turbo issues?

Hi, I have a Toyota Dyna 3.0 d4d. 

It went into Limp mode the other day and the engine management light came on. I took it to the garage and they plugged it in. The computer said, turbo shutoff due to overloading. I put some turbo cleaner through with a full tank of fuel and it’s done it once more since then. Do I need a new turbo? Or is there something else that could be causing this to be an intermittent problem.  The trucks only done 80k. Thanks a lot
