I jus got a 2004 rav 4 2.0 diesel and found a loose cable connector by the ABS block anybody k own what it is ? 
 

also my clutch pedal is very fast to engage I would like it to travel more from the floor before it engages and advice on adjustments?

A low biting point indicates a clutch release issue, possibly a slave cylinder

3 pin plug after looking it up is H2 - headlamp level motor

EG. This is what it plugs into
