Reversing camera install 2005...wire to tap for signal?

On old 2005, there is one harness going to whole of back light housing which includes brake, indicator & reverse lights . The cables on harness are green-white,green-black,green,red-black & white-black. I tried searching for the harness diagram and what signals these carry but got nowhere. I've already tried connecting reversing camera's red to red-black & ground to white-black but nothing shows up on headunit which makes me think these are not the correct wires.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
