ICE DVD Player No Power

I have a Corolla Verso 2007 and the DVD player located under the drivers seat will not power on. I checked most of the fuses behind the glove box but I don't really know which one is for the DVD player. Can anyone advise?

ICE was an accessory fit item so the fuses will be inline on a harness rather than in the Fuse box, according to accessory listings there are two types of ICE see the guides 

Here Type 1 this one has screens cut into the headrests and a separate DVD

Here Type 2 this one this one has screens mounted off the headrest posts and players in screen
