Toyota touch 2 and go problem - sending or receiving my.toyota.eu definitions disabled

Hi,

I have a Toyota Verso of 2015 and I have tried to connect to the Internet the first time the Toyota touch 2 and go system.

After the bluetooth tethering step success, when i try to access any service or any thing that needs internet, I have a message appearing with the multimedia ID that I need to visit my.europe.eu.

The weird stuff is that I have already created my account, the VIN and the multimedia ID are in place and correct in that account.

I  go to "my.europe.eu" and I try to login and it says "It looks that you are trying to access with an account which belongs to a different portal."

I have registered in my country´s toyota home page, since I saw that "my.europe.eu" have been discontinued (not sure of this).

If that is true, then it makes sense that the problem of sending or receiving "my.toyota.eu" definitions buttons are disabled in my Toyota touch 2 and go (in the account details)

However,  how do I connect to the internet if that´s the case?

Can I do something regarding this in the hidden menu (the service menu) or I have to absolutly go to a toyota shop (wanted to avoid this because of the pandemic)

Thanks
