Hello people i have a toyota aygo vvti 2006.

its had new alternator starter motor and Battery.last year.

most recently my right turn indicater had started playing up.and now when i leave my car a couple of days the Battery is flat.could these 2 things be related.

i phoned Halfords auto centre by me and said they cant help ,id have to contact and auto electrician.

has anyone else had the mystery flat Battery problem.

they said it might be a leach  on the battery system and they cant diagnose it.

when it is dark have a look at the dashboard and see if the red charging light can be seen

even faintly ,if you can see it the diode pack in the alternator will of started to fail

and this will be your drain.

here is a link that will help you diagnose the issue yourself but you will need a multi meter.

follow the info given then go around disconnecting items and watch the reading on the multimeter

once you have found the drain the reading will drop down instantly.
