Hello.
Has anyone installed mud-guards on the TS 2019 and could share some experience/photos? Every time I wash the car I see black dots stuck on the paint behind the wheels and they are very hard to clean - looks like tar from the road.

I never had this issue on my older car which has mudguards on all four wheels..

Something like Autoglym tar remover will remove tar spots easily.

Well... I can do it, I have some cleaner which works good enough, but it;s not always around and I don't want to have to do that for the rest of the car's life..

I had the mudguards installed by the dealer. They don't stop tar though, but may reduce the mud splatter

Thank you for sharing. How bad do they ruin the overall aspect? Do you have full picture with the car from the side? 🙂

I had guards fitted by dealer, look great. They are not that big anyway. Hardly notice them with denim blue.

This is not a TS model but shows dealer fitted mudguards to a 2019 1.8 Corolla Hybrid. They're very discreet:

I don't notice them at all.

On red they are more visible I guess. It does make it look worse(and cheap) I believe, but I've ordered a set too 🙂
I will share a photo when I'll get them installed.
