Interior lighting-help

Hi all,

I'm very proud new owner of a Toyota auris van!,one prob I'm not good at electrics.I assumed only a matter of changing a bulb but no connections?

Any help would be appreciated.Cant upload pic.I popped out component for lighting over rear view mirror,circuit attached but lights disconnected.

There are more interior bulbs in the car, need more info on which one it is, did you check the fuses ?

Are you saying the interior light isn't wired or it has a dummy light with no internals ?

 

I think i know what you mean now, the interior bulbs use a twist in type bulb holder - you have to pop the whole light down as the bulbs are changed from the top (2 black holders)
