Service Plan after 5th Service

My car is just coming up to it's 5th service for which I had a service plan for 3 years at 21-20 per month.  I thought there was a cheaper service care plan after the 5th birthday but they've just sent me a quote:

Is this the same as anyone else that's done this after 5 years?

There was a scheme called Essential Care which offered a reduced level of servicing at a reduced cost compared to the standard services. However, this was replaced last year with the 5+ Club which provides the standard services (Intermediate and Full) but gives a 20% cost reduction, and 20% off MOT's.

You need to register with Toyota for the 5+ Club. Don't see why a service plan can't be based on the 5+ Club prices once you've registered for the club.
