1986 Toyota Camry audio system

1986 Toyota Camry 4 door sedan LE 2.0 4cyl. 

Audio system was the original AM/FM cassette with equalizer and under dash subwoofer. Radio is made by technics...subwoofer made by matsu****a later Panasonic company. I changed radios to a JVC system and all the Speakers work except the subwoofer. the subwoofer looks like its wired in series with the wiring harness but can't find a wiring schematic anywhere that has both radio and subwoofer. it looks like a factory option for the car. can anyone help?  Thanks for anyone that could shed light on this.

its not a sub under the dash - its a 6 speaker system 2 in the dash (4"), 2 in the front door (4") and 2 in the rear deck (6.5") (parcel shelf)

the ones in the dash will be for treble (high pass filtered) the doors will be mid range and the rears full range
