I have just bought a used approved 2015 Auris Hybrid with touch2 and go . I have registered the car with My toyota and it says I need to register my device, but when I go throgh the correct procedure, (multiple times)the website says its not a valid ID number. My dealer was as much use as a chocolate fireguard and I`m stuck for what to do. Can anybody out there please advise ?

Please ignore my previous post. Problem now sorted. My poor old eyes didn't spot the difference between a lower case L and an upper case i in the code number  !
