Rav 2014 Crackle sound when you lift off gas pedal between 20-35 mph

RAV4 2014 115k mileage, 2,5 FWD 6 speed automatic transmission. When you speed up up to 20-35 mph, and lift off gas pedal you will hear cracking sound, when you speed up up to 35 mph, crackling sound became  not susceptible for ear noise. When you push gas again, sound disappear. Checked and rotated tires, they are good. Brake pads also new front and rear. Here is sound sample. Any ideas what is this sound?
