Hello.

I noticed my 2007 prius T4 started running a bit lumpy and seemed to be lacking power and making a lot of noise when putting my foot down when overtaking on the motorway yesterday. On my journey home I had no option but to fill up with 95 unleaded as all others were off. Could this be why? As far as I am aware this is the first time its had the cheap unleaded in it? I have not owned the car very long so not sure if this is normal?

Thanks in advance.

Normal E5 unleaded is what the prius likes. How many miles has it done?

Thanks guys.

I have noticed a low humming or whirring noise at low speed 30-32 mph. Is that normal for these cars? Thanks.
