Toyota Corolla Fuel pump recall.

Did anyone get the fuel pump recall done yet on the their 2018 or 2019 Corolla. I want to know how the procedure went and how did it take. Also where there any side affects of how your car ran after the recall.

I haven't gotten any recalls as of yet. What is the issue?

In the UK, there is a recall checker bolted onto the main Toyota site, where you can enter your reg number or VIN to check if you have an outstanding recall.

Just checked mine and it's all clear. Maybe it applies to the previous model Corolla?

If the recall relates to the 2018/19 Corolla, which was the previous generation saloon, the UK never had this model as an official import.

I live in the Untied States, so It must be cars in the Untied States. I take mine tomorrow for the recall. They have to replace the entire fuel pump and was just wondering how messy or smelly it;s going to get.

The dealer should be able to do it without spraying petrol around, so hopefully, you won't smell anything.
