Has anyone tried an Apple CarPlay dongle for their factory stereo? I heard some dongles work on android systems and so though it might work for touch 2?

The touch 2 is not android its based on a system called QNX and is very secure

The touch2 does support mirrorlink as long as your phone does, the cheapest genuine AC stereos from the like of pioneer and alpine start at £350
