Toyota Altezza missing on cylinder 4

Looking for a bit of help I baught a 99 altezza beams drove grand for about 2 weeks turned it off one day and when I started it up it was only running on 3 cylinders number 4 cylinder isn't firing changed the plugs no change changed the injectors round no change changed the coil packs around and still missing on cylinder 4 any advise would be gratfull
