Change old rear light for the LED

Do any of you guys know if you can fit the new led rear lights on the 2014-2017 model?

I have changed the number plate lights to led and they have really lasted well compared to the earlier simple bulbs. The rear backup /reversing lights are still halogen because there is just no powerful led lights to match the output and being just on one side you need a good output. The rear position lights have dual function, as a rear marker and brake lights. Your led better have both to function properly. The rear side/direction yellow indicator lamps are also halogen with a yellow plastic shroud. They could be changed to led I suppose. But they are in intermittent use and last for ever.
