Corolla 2019 radio station freeze

Hi

Has anyone had a similar issue as me? 

Radio freezes on one station. Nothing clears it apart from switching off the ignition. Not even changing source will clear it. 

Has been checked by Toyota but, as it's intermittent, they can't find anything a wrong. 

Am I alone?

I’ve not had it happen on my Corolla but I have on previous VWs. Also they can randomly dump the station memory and need retuning. Never any fault found though, kept on happening after a head unit change as well. It is a computer after all. Ctrl Alt Del.

What software versions are installed?

Press setup button then on RH menu scroll down to software

I've had this happen a few times on my MY20. Also had Spotify on Android Auto freeze after traffic announcements have occurred. Not approached Toyota about it as like you've said, intermittent. Perhaps I should get it reported!
