Possible fuelling issue

I have a 2004 2l D4D , it has just started to have a pause coming out of high speed left hand bends, regardless of the fuel level , last night it did it to the extent the vsc was activated n it was quite dangerous , no fault codes present 

it only happens accelerating out of long fast lefts and it momentary like half a second pause n off it goes

im presently in the mountains in Portugal so long bends are a lot of my journeys
