Rav 4 - sat nav issues

Hi, I have a RAV4 2019 and the sat nav is not accurate anymore. By this I mean that when I start the car, it shows or supposed location a good 100 miles away.

is there a way to reboot the thing? The dealership is not taking it seriously so far.

Which Rav4 do you have - 2013-2019 (4.4) or 2019 onwards (4.5)?
