Hi all.

i bought a Klarius exhaust for my 2009 Yaris. The rear silencer has gone so thought I would renew from the cat. Made an attempt but couldn’t even shift any of the bolts or remove the lower lamba sensor from the front section.
Any suggestions???

Heat and beat, in all honest take it to a garage, It's a 10-min job on a ramp and an acetylene torch

If yer gonna tackle it yourself, soak with PlusGas at regular intervals, a few hours before attempting the job.

But as flash22 suggestions, if that's the original exhaust on there, then it may be better to take it to a garage. My rear box bolts were a pig after only four years on the car.

it's the exhaust paste they use during assembly it goes rock hard with heat add in corrosion and it becomes a hassle, with slip joints you can slit the tube with a grinder in a few places and hammer and chisel it open/off
