Hey. I have a Toyota aygo from 2009 witch has a fault code p0011. If i reset the light i comes on again when i drive between 1 and 2 kilometers. I have tried to change the oil. I have had the camshaft cover of to check the chain. It does not look like the chain is to long. I have also checked the oil strainer in the back of the engine. It was fine.

Sorry for my english. Im from Denmark 😉

Have anyone any ideas?

Do you need to take out the CPS and clean or replace it?

Maybe the oil in the engine is the the wrong grade for the oil control solenoid (sorry, probably not the correct name) to function properly.

My Toyota dealer uses Mobil ESP 5W-30.

Did you use the correct locking tools ? If not, you have the timing out, i take it you bared the engine over a few times and made sure the marks all lined back up

did you follow the correct procedure when setting up the vvt pulley ?
