Yaris 2007 Right (driver) speaker and twitter not working l

Hi All,

My Yaris 2007’s right speaker and Twitter is not working.
 

I opened the panel and tested the speaker and it’s working fine, also the wires look good with no visible damages.
 

Left speaker and twitter are working good when I turn on the radio. I opened back door panels and checked, there are no Speakers, so I believed this car never had Speakers at the back. 
 

I also tried sound balancing settings on the stereo, it was set to default, so it didn’t look like a setting issue either. 

 

are there any fuses to check or any suggestions on what could be wrong? Please suggest.

Just saw this post. Have you done a continuity check on the cables from the radio to the speaker? I would get some speaker wire and spare speaker, to confirm the radio amp is sending a  signal/sound from that channel. Also this will confirm if the speaker has blown or amp is faulty.
