Hi,

my Totota Avensis Estate 2008 T25 started to collect water in the rear lamps. there is no craks in the lamps, seals seem to be intact too.

Any ideas how the water get inside the lamps and how to fix without buying new lamps?

No! Toyota did not design the lamp to have water in them so remove lamp, double check no damage/crud etc & replace seal with genuine one? Who wants 2 x 10mm holes in the lights!!!

Mine do the same, I drilled small holes at the bottom of the light units on the underside where it cant be seen.  The rubber seals seem to be the weak point.
