IQ Corrosion

Hello,

I have an IQ 2010 plate and am the only owner.

I was wondering what the corrosion warranty time span was for this vehicle.

Current Toyotas have a 12 year anti-corrosion warranty.

Think the corrosion warranty was the same as now - 12 years.

As with most vehicle manufacturers, this is for corrosion occurring from inside out. Paintwork and surface corrosion would have been 3 years.

Ok, so the 12 year warranty does not cover corrosion of one of the engine brackets to the frame in the engine bay?

12 year unlimited mileage cover that protects against rust perforation affecting sheet metal body panels as a result of a manufacturing fault. This warranty can also be transferred to any future owner throughout the 12 year period.
