2000 Previa queries

Good morning

So we bought a gorgeous 2000-registered Previa on Saturday 😁

Can anyone tell me, does it have a cam-belt or cam-chain? Do cam-chains have to be replaced as regularly as cam-belts? 

It's petrol rather than our usual diesel, would 5W30 be the oil to use on this car ?

Welcome Colette...assuming it's a 2.4 then it's chain.....and No...no need for replacement as generally they will last the life of the vehicle...I assume it's not massive mileage.?

..and 5w30 is the oil I use...fully synthetic.
