Dyna van 2wd conversion to 4wd ?

In New Zealand we have a diesel Toyota Dyna 200 route van 1994 that we want to tow and launch a 3 ton boat with. It is 2 wheel drive and want to 1) convert the present diesel engine 2700 cc to 3660cc engine.  2) convert it to 4WD for traction when launching etc. Our vehicle is chassis BU 70-0012176. Engine number b358 532. Industry model code U-BU70VH.  Our possible donor vehicle is Toyota Dyna 1990 diesel 3660cc 4WD. Chassis BU74-0000238. Engine number unknown. Industry model code U -BU74-MDDT.   Would Anyone be able to tell us whether these engines (and possibly gearboxes if needed) would transplant? And whether our 2WD chassis would be compatable to accept the donar 1990 4WD transmission and sump diff gear?
