Hi All,

Was on a trip last week, our holiday let was along an old private road, very very bumpy.. On Friday before we left the camera was flickering and now all we get is a black screen while in reverse more, the screen is working perfectly for everything else. So screen isn't the issue.. I assume it's a connector that's came loose. But I have no idea where to go from there.

Annoy thoughts on where I should check before taking to a garage?

Any guidance would be appreciated

i laughed at the title "guidance appreciated", is this because the camera isn't working and you need assistance reversing.

check the wiring loom in the tailgate as there will be a

connector for the camera, i doubt it would be at the

headunit end of the cable as the cable will terminate

in a multplug and if it where loose other things would be effected.

Eygo,

Lol, a bit of both re guidance....hehe.

Okay, sounds good, I assume that's the plastic cover inside boot behind the camera/registration plate...

I haven't worked on any cars before, it's held in with 2 plastic studs that I can see...is it just a case of popping the clips off with a screw driver?
